Job Description
The HRIS Executive will play a key role in supporting HR process automation, managing the HRIS platform, and ensuring effective system use across the HR function. This position involves designing and implementing automation solutions, overseeing system upgrades, supporting project management efforts, and providing training and technical support to users.
Responsibilities
HR Automation:
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to streamline HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee self-service.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within HR functions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automated processes and make recommendations for enhancements.
HRIS Management
- Ensure requests and incidents are addressed and closed within agreed SLAs
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, working closely with vendors and IT teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues and provide end-user support.
Project Management
- Support HRIS-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.
Training And Support
- Provide training and support to HR staff and other end-users on HRIS and automation tools.
- Develop and maintain user guides and documentation for HRIS and automated processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience supporting SuccessFactors operations and/or enhancements
- Minimum 1 year experience implementing process automation using Microsoft Power Apps and Python
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Previous experience with multiple end-to-end software development life cycles (SDLC) is an added advantage.
