This position is for Great World Serviced Apartments, a company under Allgreen Properties Ltd.
Responsible for managing the IT Infrastructure & IT Applications/Systems supporting Great World Serviced Apartments 24 by 7 operations.
Provide support and resolve IT issues (E.g: Apartment Network issues) that are reported by GWSAs residents.
Provide administrative and application support to internal customers.
Sourcing, evaluation, purchasing and maintaining of propertys IT assets.
Manage and coordinate with vendors on IT matters such as issue escalation, improvement initiatives, contract executions, or projects.
Good understanding with ITIL Process
Ensure that all IT Operation activities are tracked in ITSM Platform
Participate in and support projects/tasks assigned by functional manager at group level.
Perform other duties as directed by direct and functional Manager in supporting Facility Management and Guest Services.
Min. Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational and collaboration skills.
Experience in Customer Service Oriented environment preferred.
Experience in onsite EUC IT Support preferred.
Able to work independently.
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
