This position is for Allgreen Properties Ltd, a company under Kuok (Singapore) Ltd.
Supporting and implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company's assigned portfolio.
Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Marketing preferred.
At least 2 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing.
Candidates who have relevant experience in the same industry will have an added advantage.
Self driven, creative, resourceful, bubbly and fun loving.
