PURPOSE AND SCOPE
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive/Senior Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SME Tele sales and will be adept at supporting Contact Centre Operations. This role involves driving tele sales initiatives to enhance SME customer acquisition and retention, as well as contributing to the smooth functioning of contact center operations.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SME Tele sales:
Develop and implement tele sales strategies to target SME clients and achieve sales targets.
Conduct outbound calls to potential SME customers to generate leads and convert prospects into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize tele sales processes and improve conversion rates.
Contact Centre Operations Support:
Assist in managing daily contact center operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to service standards.
Collaborate with contact center staff to address and resolve operational issues promptly.
Provide training and support to contact center representatives to enhance their performance and customer service skills.
Analyze call data and performance reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
At least 2-3 years of corporate sales experience
Proven experience in SME tele sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of contact center operations and best practices.
Relevant experience in the energy industry would be preferred
