Identify scope of work & supply from customers requisition specifications for proposal making and cost estimating.
Identify 3rd party buyout equipment, solution and integrate with various department to offer a complete integrated solution.
Prepare proposals to satisfy and meet customers requirements at lowest possible cost.
Reply customers clarification / inquiry promptly and correctly.
Work closely with salespersons to provide design concept and technical / commercial support.
Conduct survey/investigation of Plants / Sites to identify Scope of Works for Project pursuit.
Update of monthly proposal records and ensure compliance of department documentation / processes with YEA QA policies & certifications requirement.
To lead and work with Sales Engineering team members, GPC, PDD and FIN in proposal activities.
Support other ad-hoc sales related activities and projects regionally.
