Executive, Strategic Workforce Planning, Group HR
As an Executive in Strategic Workforce Planning, you will contribute to the team in manpower strategies that will impact all 22,000 employees across NHG. You will also be involved in key strategic workforce planning related projects and initiatives that will transform the NHG workforce to be future-ready. You will be reporting to the Manager and will work closely with the key stakeholders in NHG institutions.
You will need to have strong project management skills, demonstrated through strong academic results and/or prior work achievements.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Support in the implementation and management of initiatives for the job redesign project to ensure the cluster as well as workgroup meet the target outcomes
- Collaborate with the team to plan, coordinate, and monitor projects relating to strategic workforce planning
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations and documentation relating to job redesign and strategic workforce planning projects
- Provide administrative and secretariat assistance to the team
- Assist to carry out any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder and above
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in project management, employer branding and HR planning
- Digital savvy, analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and other tools for data analysis and building of presentation slides
- Possess good organisational, coordination and project management skills
- Good interpersonal skills, and strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Good stakeholder engagement skills
