Executive (Sustainability communications and ESG reporting)

Job Description

1. Help manage the Sustainability Reporting and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) datasets for the Group, for GRI, ISSB, and EU CSRD reporting.

2. Work with internal and external stakeholders to incorporate ESG principles and factors into corporate sustainability policies, strategies, and reporting.

3. Monitor industry and sustainability ESG ratings and market developments

4. Write ESG-related thought leadership content

5. Support on sustainability-related tasks such as Assurance, Due Diligence, Benchmarking, and audits.

6. Establish an information network to collect and compile data from publications, sustainability reports, and various field sources.

Requirements

1. Degree in Business, Humanities, or Communications discipline

2. Excellent command of written and spoken English

3. Knowledge of key sustainability issues, GRI-based sustainability reports, ESG international standards/ principles, and best practices

4. Attentive to detail, highly meticulous and accurate

5. Good interpersonal and communication skills

6. Strong data analytical skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

7. Resourceful, flexible, and responsive in dealing with people

8. Willing to travel

9. 1 to 3 Years relevant working experience

10. Excellent project and time management skills and can operate in an environment of ambiguity.

11. Experience in sustainability and/ or the palm oil sector will be a plus
