Executive/Senior Executive, NCID Research Office
The Executive/Senior Executive will support the Manager and Head of the Research Office in providing administrative and operational support to the clinical research community and activities (projects, clinical trials, etc.), as well as upkeep the Research Clinic facility in the National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID).
The successful candidate will:
Facilitate multidisciplinary collaboration with internal and external (including international) stakeholders/ partners
Support submissions to IRB/grant calls, including its budgeting, completeness check, and compliance to policies/regulations/requirements
Support tracking of research progress and associated performance indicators including data visualisation
Conduct audits for compliance
Manage research database
Continuous improvement of policies, and processes/workflows
Provide secretariat support for meetings (e.g. departmental meetings, committee meetings)
Organise events (e.g. research seminars)
Any other duties when necessary and as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelors degree and above in biomedical sciences or related field
Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant working experience in clinical research administration and project management
Familiarity with clinical/biomedical research landscape, laws, and regulations
Good command of written and spoken English
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Maturity and adaptability to work both independently and as a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and with ability to multi-task
IT savvy, including familiarity with MS Office
