The executive will work closely with Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, Senior Nurse Managers, Nurse Managers and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of wards, and implement key initiatives to deliver better value to patients and staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage the manpower deployment and location of the nursing workforce, provide an oversight of the nursing workforce skills / competencies so as to be ready for deployment during disease outbreaks.
- Manage equipment / supplies influx for NCID inpatient wards setup and workout a system to provide an oversight of all equipments assigned to the wards for deployment in an outbreak.
- Conceptualise, plan, develop, support and implement activities oft he assigned projects.
- Moniotr project progressions to ensure project timelines and deliverables are adhered to.
- Monitor budget adherence where applicable.
- Main point of contact for rojects.
- Support department work plans such as secretariat support during meetings and organise logistics.
- Support all other administrative needs of the department.
Education
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in any field
Experience
- 3 years of strategic operations planning experience in healthcare environment, especially in the domain of healthcare operations.
- Experience in project management
- Possess excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning and analytical capabilities, with attention to details.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and multi-task and multiple assigned projects
- Excellent skills and knowledge in computer software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SAP.
- Knowedge of hospital IT systems and operational workflow preferred.
