Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for registration for customers
- Administer customer satisfaction survey
- Attend to daily customers queries
- Provide general office administrative support
- Maintain proper filing and records
- Any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
Skills & Experience
- Minimum GCE N or O Levels
- 1-2 years of working experience in customer service environment preferred
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
