Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer customer satisfaction survey
• Attend to daily customers queries
• Provide general office administrative support
• Maintain proper filling and records
• Any other duties as assign by the immediate supervisor
  

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 5 GCE N / 3 GCE O Level credits
• 1 to 2 years of working experience in customer service environment preferred
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
