Responsibilities
. Manage organizational administrative duties such as payroll administration, data administration, HR system, reporting, employee benefits, and leave management.
. Supporting and advising business lines on new hires and terminations, manage full spectrum of employee life cycle as well as initiate and monitor HR processes.
. Partnering with leadership team to develop succession plans and carry out learning and development initiatives and talent management plan.
. Engaging in management and handling employee behavior and improve productivity
. Manage employee survey in response to employee feedback and suggestions and partner with business lines to define action plan and monitor progress.
. Lead employee engagement plan and activities and promote agile working.
. Promoting diversity through hiring as equal opportunity employers (EEO).
. Responsible for government reporting and monitor government updates management on HR regulations.
. Support HR Director as assigned
