Korn Ferry Academy is currently seeking a Program Manager to join the team.
Reporting to the Head of Programs, the Program Manager role is a highly visible position actively engaging and interacting with external corporate clients, program participants, faculty, internal teams and external stakeholders, working constantly in a fast-paced, customer-driven service environment.
The role of the Program Manager is to provide seamless organization of logistical coordination to support and to ensure the successful delivery of all programs and courses, through specific tasks with tight timelines to be managed and coordinated before, during and post program delivery.
