Food and Beverage (F&B) Cashier (Full Time and Part Time Available)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Food and Beverage (F&B) Cashier to join our team. The F&B Cashier will be responsible for handling customer transactions, managing the cash register, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced food and beverage setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately process transactions using the cash register, including handling cash, credit, and debit card payments
- Ensure all transactions are processed smoothly and balances are maintained at the end of each shift
- Provide information on menu items, specials, and promotions when requested by customers
- Collaborate with team members to manage order flow and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Follow all company policies regarding handling money, including cash management, cash register operation, and end-of-day reconciliation
- Maintain knowledge of health and safety standards to ensure a clean, safe, and compliant food service area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in an F&B or retail setting
- Basic math skills and familiarity with handling cash and card transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
