F&B Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service throughout their dining experience.
• Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and presentation.
• Prepare tables before service and ensure they are clean and tidy at all times.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu, including daily specials, and provide recommendations to guests.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
