Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Work with the Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager to manage the restaurant operations.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of products, menus, beverages and equipment.
  • Monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served.
  • Enforce courtesy and efficiency.
  • Regularly inspect equipment and ensure that they are well-maintained and in good working order.
  • Processing Payments
  • Managing Inventory.

Job Requirements

  • GCE O Level or Diploma in any discipline
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Teamwork spirit display to ensure service standards are met.
  • Good Service Orientation
  • Attentive and meticulous
  • Able to work under pressure to serve customers quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to perform duties including weekends, and public holidays
