Main Responsibilities
- Work with the Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager to manage the restaurant operations.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of products, menus, beverages and equipment.
- Monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served.
- Enforce courtesy and efficiency.
- Regularly inspect equipment and ensure that they are well-maintained and in good working order.
- Processing Payments
- Managing Inventory.
Job Requirements
- GCE O Level or Diploma in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Teamwork spirit display to ensure service standards are met.
- Good Service Orientation
- Attentive and meticulous
- Able to work under pressure to serve customers quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to perform duties including weekends, and public holidays
