- Responsible for all aspects of operation of the vaious F&B outlets assigned (Outdoor Beer Garden and KTV Lounge Restaurant) with standards and excellent service
- Active role to contribute to the P&L and financial targets of the F&B Department
- Uplift customer's dining experience creating good memories
- Nruture customers relationship and attend to customer complaints/ queries promptly
- Serve promptly and efficiently
- Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage
- Support manpower deployment and rostering
- Upsell to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Oversee collection and stock control consistently according to company policies and SOPs
- Create interesting cocktails and constantly innovate in preparation and presentation
- Understand the crucial aspect of food and beverage inclduing bar control
- Pair food with drinks and make recommendations accordingly
- Collaborate as a team to achieve operations efectiveness
- Support Club events and ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in related industry
- Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
- Able to work shft hours
- Able to start within short notice
