Job Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly, making them feel welcome and valued.
Accurately record customer orders, noting any specific preferences or dietary restrictions.- Offer menu suggestions and inform customers of any specials available.
Ensure orders are prepared accurately and presented attractively.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently to customers at their tables.
Attend to customers additional requests and refill drinks as needed.- Clear tables of empty dishes and maintain a tidy dining area.
Handle customer payments accurately, providing the correct change.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area, including tables and seating.
Educate customers about wine selections when necessary.- Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Best with working experiences in F&B field, Hospitality Management and/or other related field.- A customer-centric approach and the ability to provide excellent service.
Willingness to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues.
- Being able to handle a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English to communicate with customers.
