Job Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service throughout their dining experience.
Order Taking:
Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen staff.Food & Beverage Serving:
Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and presentation.Table Setup & Cleanliness: Prepare tables before service and ensure they are clean and tidy at all times.
- Menu Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the menu, including daily specials, and provide recommendations to guests.
Handle Payments:
Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.Team Collaboration:
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with other tasks as needed, such as restocking supplies or helping with events.
Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or similar role is an advantage but not required.
