. Open the store to start a day and/ or to close the store at end of day.

. Handle delivery refund / customer feedback

. Train new staff in all tasks required

. Stock take and online inventory

. Packing when stocks arrive

. Monthly store evaluation handling - must achieve 85 marks and above

. Promotions handling

. Weekly Sales transmission

. Trouble shoot variances in weekly reports

. Maintain food cost at the optimise level

. Achieve sales target by upselling and good customer service

. Attend HQ training, company meeting, minute taking

. Attend online course to uphold high standard of qualification
