F&B Operations Manager

Full Time Operations Manager to manage full operations of 3 outlets and staff.

- Assist in new outlet setup.

- Roster planning for all outlets.

- Hiring of cafe crews.

- Willing to hands-on during peak hours and when outlet is under-staffed.

- Handle customers feedback.

- 6 day work week. Will switch to 5-day after all outlets stablize.

- Incentive plan.

- Require candidates with at least 2year outlet manager experience.
