We are seeking a professional and experienced Floor Service Executive to join our team. We are looking for someone with strong passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience by providing top-notch service and maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.

Job Description:

• Provide exceptional service to guests
• Set up and prepare tables for service, including polishing cutlery and glassware, arranging table settings, and ensuring cleanliness
• Take orders accurately and ensuring dishes are served in accordance to the standards
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, including specials, dietary restrictions, and provide recommendations to guests.
• Process payment accurately and professionally
• Maintain high level of standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Assist in training junior level service team members

Requirements

• Ability to work and collaborate in a team
• Proven experience as a Chef de Rang / Service Executive in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Professional appearance and demeanor
