Responsibilities:
. Assist Manager to manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
. Assist Manager to organize and supervise shifts
. Assist Manager to manage restaurant supplies
. Assist Manager to monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
. Answering customer's queries regarding menus, ingredients, or any other product related queries.
. Assist in tidying up and table setting
. Responsible for the preparation work of Restaurant opening and closing operation hours.
. Manage and lead staff
. Training new staff
. Control costs and minimize waste
. Nurture a positive working environment
. Ensure guest satisfaction by responding efficiently to customer questions and complaints and resolve customer problems and concerns personally.
. Maintain good hygiene and cleanliness of individual by following basic grooming & hygiene.
. Covers jobs of the Manager in the absence of Manager.
. Any other job-related duties requested from senior staff or the director.
