• Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the SOP & SOC are applied on daily basis
• Supervise and participate in activities of the service personnel under his direct supervision.
• Supervise food and beverage service by directing and guiding subordinates.
• Ensure that all requisitions for the week are duly delivered and stored appropriately.
• Attend meetings and briefings especially in the absence of Manager.
• Participate in stock taking of store, linen and operating equipment as directed by superior.
• Coordinate regular monthly maintenance and recording.
• Execute any duty that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Requirements

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills able to build lasting relationships with guests.
• Basic competency in IT.
• Possess good initiative and leadership skills.
