Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Train and mentor staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
  • Implement strategies to improve service quality and profitability.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas.
  • Prepare reports on sales and operational performance.
  • Assist in menu planning and development.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and expectations.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure accurate billing and cash handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve business goals.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write mandarin.
  • Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be able to work night shift.
  • Working hours will be 12 hours/day.
