Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review project plans and specifications, prepare ITP plan and checklist.
- Conduct material and installation quality checking, issue QC report.
- Assist to monitor projects towards timely completion according to schedule
- Prepare and expedite project deficiency lists
- Supervise architectural works, and coordinate with sub-contractors & clients on QA/QC matters, ensure the architectural workmanship are according to standard
- Other Duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or ITE Certificate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, or higher qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the building faade related field
- Familiar with office and AutoCAD software.
