Conceptualisation and design of facades, preparation of drawings and structural calculations

Delivery of technical presentations

Coordination with clients, architects, consultants, faade contractors, suppliers and other project team members

Supervision of construction, site inspection and training of constructors

Preparation of technical submissions, proposals and documentation

Job Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.

3 Years of experience in faade design, engineering and construction and project management

Proficient in CAD software to create designs and solve technical issues.

Strong and diverse technical background with effective presentation skills

Well-versed in construction trends, international design standards and building regulations.

Possess a wide network of building professionals and property developers.

Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
