FACADE QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Experience in tender project of metal, aluminum window, door, cladding, glass curtain wall, etc.

01. Taking care of primary costs, contracts of construction projects, estimating & planning costs.

02. Pre-tender stage preparation including quantity taking off, sourcing & comparison of quotation, preparation for tender submission.

03. Able to liaise with relevant consultants, main contractors, site personnel & authority to ensure project smoothness.

04. Able to read and understand shop drawings details.

05. Prepare claims, final account, settlement & sub-contract payments

A. Proficient in English / Mandarin/ AUTOCAD/ BIM MODULLING.

B. Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or equivalent.

C. 5-15years of working experience in Singapore & the related field

D. Immediate availability is a big plus
