Job Description:
This role focuses on managing vendor relationships for facilities services, ensuring operational efficiency, responding to service requests, conducting quality checks, overseeing office management, and supporting procurement activities. The emphasis on maintaining office supplies and managing systems further indicates responsibilities typical of facilities management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and select vendors for facilities management services to support center operations.
- Collaborate closely with term contractors to ensure the operational efficiency of the centers.
- Respond promptly to service requests, rectifications, and any other concerns from the centers.
- Conduct quality checks on the services provided by vendors.
- Assist in managing office space, including seating arrangements, telephone lines, and storage.
- Support the headquarters with sourcing and procurement activities.
- Oversee and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
- Handle system administration tasks, including e-procurement, access control, and CCTV systems.
Requirements:
- Experience in handling external vendors and contractors.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent team player, and able to work independently.
- Ability to multi-task and service oriented.
