Plan, coordinate, and execute various school events such as assemblies, concerts, exhibitions, and sports events.
Liaise with event stakeholders including staff, students, parents, and external vendors to ensure events are well-coordinated and successful.
Manage event logistics, including venue setup, equipment arrangement, and catering services.
Coordinate with teachers and students to organize performances, presentations, and displays during events.
Traffic Management:
Implement and enforce traffic management protocols to ensure safe and efficient flow of vehicles and pedestrians during school assembly and dismissal times.
Direct traffic flow and assist students and parents in safely entering and exiting the school premises.
Collaborate with school administration and security personnel to address any traffic-related issues or concerns.
Facilities Management:
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of school facilities, including classrooms, auditoriums, gymnasiums, and outdoor spaces.
Coordinate with maintenance staff and external service providers to address facility maintenance and repair needs promptly.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities meet safety, cleanliness, and functionality standards.
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with various stakeholders including school staff, students, parents, and external vendors to ensure clear understanding of event and traffic management procedures.
