Facilities Development Manager (Project Manager)

• Involve users in conducting feasibility studies for hospital rejuvenation projects.
• Oversee the design development of projects.
• Manage the procurement of consultancy and construction packages for project execution.
• Review and approve project schedules, method statements, material submissions, and work permits during the construction phase.
• Supervise and manage consultants and contractors to ensure service delivery aligns with contract terms.
• Establish project governance policies and processes.
• Develop technical standards for infrastructure projects within the cluster.
• Lead and execute special projects or assigned tasks as directed by your reporting office.

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Architectural / Architectural Technology / Interior Design, Quantity Surveying / Estate with minimum 4 years relevant experience in healthcare infrastructure
• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting. Knowledge in 3D Sketchup software is advantageous.
