Facilities Engineer

Responsibilities

• To manage the office internal maintenance including Electrical, Air-con Plumbing and Building issue.
• Report to owner on the defect and closed back the loop when completed.
• Manage external sub-contractor and ensure the monthly preventive maintenance is carried out accordingly.
• Prepare monthly meeting minutes and submit to owner.
• Prepare monthly report.
• Prepare quotation for minor and A&A works.
• Manage or oversee a team of maintenance workers, custodians, or other facility personnel.
• Required to do some minor trouble shooting and hands on works if required.
• Any other ad-hoc as and when required by Superior or HOD.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma or Higher NITEC in Facilities Management, Building, Electrical, Mechanical or Aircon Maintenance qualification.
• Min. 3 years working experience in Facilities Management, Building, Electrical, Mechanical or Aircon Maintenance.
• Good interpersonal skill and able to establish good rapport with clients.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be comfortable working 5.5 and/or 6 days work week.
• Must be comfortable to be deployed to different work sites.
