We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Facilities Executive to join our Retail Management Services team. This position reports directly to the Head of Retail Management Services and plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our retail stores.
Working days:
- Monday - Friday, Saturday (half-day)
Working hours:
- 10 AM - 7 PM (Monday to Friday)
- 9 AM - 1 PM (Saturday)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the HOD and Projects Manager in all aspects of operational issues
- Provide technical and maintenance support to retail stores and internal departments
- Prompt attention to maintenance requests and work closely with Retail Operations to solve issues timely
- Adhere to SOPs and processes to enhance service delivery
- Liaise with contractors on renovation or maintenance works when necessary
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Certificate/Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- At least 1 year of experience in Retail/Building Facilities maintenance
- 5.5 days work week and available to work standby duties when required
- Keen and willing to carry out basic repair skills and perform handyman tasks
- Hands-on, proactive and takes ownership of projects under his/ her responsibility
