We are looking for a Facilities Executive to assist the Dormitory/Estate Manager.
Job Description
- Planning and implementing the standardized process for management of the property and facilities maintenance and repairs
- Assist in developing property maintenance procedures
- Prepare, review and manage annual budget requirements for maintenance and capital replacement works
- Maintain and update property list, maintenance checklist
- Overseeing the compliance with all relevant requirements set by the agencies
- Available on call to handle, manage the potential emergencies at all locations at any hour
- Process and maintain leasing agreements including executing rent payments and agreements between landlords and tenants
- Plan and conduct regular preventive inspections for all buildings and facilities
- Planning and conducting corrective maintenance, repair for all buildings and facilities
- Ensure building maintenance works are carried out according to schedule
- Report any deviation against compliance with all building and regulatory regulations
- Oversee daily estate maintenance operations to ensure technical staff and contractors perform according to requirements
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Building or relevant related fields
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Facilities Management
- IT proficiency & data management skills
