Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

Job Description:

. Ensure that facilities and their areas are clean and operational.

. Check all equipment that requires replacement items as needed.

. Maintain and control the use of stock, equipment & consumables.

. Liaise with purchasing department when inventory is low.

. Ensure cleaning and maintenance roster is kept to schedule.

Requirements:

. Must have facilities maintenance working experience

. Must be Physically fit to cope with the duties

. Willing to travel everywhere to perform duties

. Willing to be team player

. Computer literacy advantageous
