- . Oversee maintenance and operations for mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems in building facilities.
- . Supervise internal team members and external contractors.
- . Collaborate with the facilities team, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues.
- . Attend M&E-related meetings and prepare reports.
- . Assist in planning, coordinating, and controlling M&E works.
- . Schedule, monitor, and supervise work progress.
- Handle client inquiries.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering, Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related fields.
- 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance operations
- 5.5-day work week.
