Job Description

Responsibilities:

. Responsible for the day-to-day operational management

. Effective instruction and management of sites supervisors/cleaners to ensure delivery of daily operations covering required areas

. Coordinate, assign and manage tasks/works given

. Plan and deliver schedules for more specific needs such as periodic cleaning timetable, utilising available manpower and equipment

. Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment

. Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned

Requirements:

. Diploma in Facilities Management or other discipline

. At least 2-3 years experience in cleaning, facilities services/management industries, hotels, commercials etc

. Required to possess class 3 driving license

. Proficient in Microsoft Office

. Strong analytic and good persuasion skills

. Excellent time management

. Well-groomed with excellent interpersonal and communications skills

. Positive work attitude, able to work independently and in a team
