Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain facilities in assigned clinics by collaborating closely with contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with all rules and regulations.
- Ensure all preventive, corrective, and ad-hoc maintenance tasks are performed to meet required standards.
- Conduct routine checks and contractor performance reviews to foster continuous improvement.
- Gather and consolidate user requirements for projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule.
- Ensure all administration and documentation are in place to support maintenance works and projects.
- Assist in ensuring that facility management and security pass ESS and OHSAS certification.
- Support the development of new clinics.
- Respond to alarms or critical faults.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the department.
Requirements:
- A degree in Estate Management, Facility Management, Building, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in property management and facilities maintenance within the healthcare sector.
- Certification as a Fire Safety Manager is advantageous.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Able to perform under tight deadlines and remain stable under stress.
