This role will be based in Bangalore, India.
My client is a global investment management firm who is seeking a dynamic Facilities Manager to join their team.
Job Description:
- Oversee internal and external resources to ensure efficient facility services and workplace operations.
- Provide administrative support to the CSRE Manager and team.
- Supervise service providers on-site and monitor day-to-day facility operations.
- Communicate safety protocols and ensure compliance with security and emergency procedures.
- Manage procurement activities, including vendor onboarding, competitive bidding, and contract reviews.
- Handle vendor invoicing, payments, and office consumables tracking.
- Conduct daily inspections of office spaces and meeting rooms, addressing issues as needed.
- Maintain floor plans and manage office stationery and printer consumables.
- Coordinate employee transportation and travel services, both domestic and international.
- Ensure proper equipment maintenance and manage repair requests.
- Oversee office moves and collaborate with IT, Security, and other departments.
- Track and monitor vendor SLAs and KPIs.
Job Requirements:
- At least 10 years of facilities operations management experience in Financial industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Degree in Real Estate Management/ Facilities Management/ related field would be an advantage
- Competent with Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrable understanding of purchasing, invoicing & procurement process.
