Descriptions
- Plan and supervise all maintenance services, schedules and improvement works.
- Oversee and lead the team of managers, engineers, technical officers, supervisors and technicians in facilities management for the premises and buildings.
- To establish good working relationships with the clients and to develop trust and confidence in our services.
- Ensure the team and external contractors/vendors comply with ISO standards and regulations.
- Coordinate and direct all administration of M&E works by liaising closely with consultants and client.
- Monitor building's system breakdown, defects and shutdowns. Attend to all cases promptly , to rectify them with minimal inconvenience or disruption caused.
- Conduct and inspect to ensure the property is well maintained. Responsible for the delivery and performance of IFM.
- Prepare monthly reports for the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of Singapore experience in related Facility Management or equivalent.
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management /Engineering, with focus on business, technical (Engineering/ M&E)or management areas. Prior Supervisory or Managerial experience will be required.
- Strong building or M&E knowledge with hands-on experience will be preferred.
- Candidates who have more years of relevant facilities maintenance experience will be considered for senior position.
