Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

Overview
The facilities lead will oversee the seamless operation of Client Singapore offices. This include both hard and soft services, and ensuring highest standards of service delivery across functions, as outlined in the Service Level Agreement. The facilities lead will optimize operational efficiency, ensuring
compliance with regulatory standards, and creating a safe and productive environment for all employees in Client.
Detailed Work scope
- Ensure seamless office operations by overseeing all hard and soft services, as well as guest's experiences at the Front of House
- Ensure all queries are responded and rectified within an agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- and quality standards.
- Provide reporting and analytics for Client, including but not limited to maintenance activities,
- inspection and incidents, generate key performance indicators and metrics, budget performance
- and variance analysis.
- Developing, managing and tracking of admin and facilities management budget. This would
- include introducing cost control measures implementation (as identified) to ensure financial
- efficiency.
- Effective vendor management to ensure seamless daily office operations and coordination
- works.
- Serve as a point of contact during emergency situations and facilitate the response efforts.
- Liaise with Building Management Office (BMO) on any initiatives, activities or rectification works
- which may impact office operations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Propose and implement corrective actions and enhancements to optimize performance.
Sound like you To apply, you need to be:
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of Facilities professional experience
- Strong Facilities Technical (Mechanical and Electrical) knowledge and experience;
- Able to handle manual duties and perform regular facilities inspections;
- Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure;
- Knowledge and experience in computer systems, including Microsoft Windows and Office operating systems;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in dealing with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds (in English)
