Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to run daily operation at the client's premise, ensuring and overseeing the performance standards of staff to promote efficient and effective maintenance of the building.
- Attend to all cases promptly and rectify them with minimal inconvenience or disruption caused.
- Responsible for the delivery and performance of IFM contract deliverables, as well as plan and supervise preventive maintenance works at the client's premise.
- Meet KPI standards, devise pro-active measures to improve building maintenance standards efficiency, regularly review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure full compliance to regulatory requirements.
- Key point of contact with Client and Key stakeholders across client sites for the areas of responsibility and its occupants, acting as their service provider liaison.
- Lead the onsite team and ensure delivery of highest FM and workplace services standards in order to achieve a safe, code-compliant, functional, comfortable, energy efficient and attractive facilities/site infrastructure.
- Responsible for the managing of contracts, Capex & Opex expense budgets within approved allocations with monthly updates.
Job Requirements:
- Minimally Diploma holder in facilities management or equivalent function with minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in facilities operations management
- Relevant experiences in managing government projects is a plus
- Fire Safety Manager certification is a must
