Description

Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
Provides project status of assigned task list items to stakeholders
Assist to find unique solutions to challenging problems.
Monitor maintenance plans and schedules and prepare reports
Coordinating contractors for installation and maintenance projects and inspect work done is conformed to compliance & safety
Plan, schedule, and supervise Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work activities and allocate resources accordingly.
Recommend improvements & present to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Evaluating the efficiency of systems and equipment within a facility.
Lead and participate in equipment and system abnormalities root cause analysis.

Requirements

Diploma/ Bachelor in Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Industrial)
At least 3 years of experience in facilities engineering or similar role
Knowledge of fire alarm systems.
Understanding of building regulations and health and safety.
Experience with project management principles.
Ability to conduct conditional assessments for existing systems/ estimatelabour for complex mechanical system installation/ generate Project ROM, Budget Estimates, PowerPoint Presentation
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work well with non-engineering colleagues.
Fire Safety Manager is advantageous.
