Job Description

Job Descriptions

  1. Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and care of mosque facilities
  2. Perform regular inspections and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance according to contract agreements and schedules
  3. Capable in troubleshooting simple electrical and mechanical systems
  4. Coordinate and supervise contractors and subcontractors regarding repair and maintenance tasks, including payment processes
  5. Address inquiries and complaints related to facility breakdowns or service requests
  6. Manage a team of Noja / Support Officers
  7. Collaborate with HOD to prepare, review and propose annual budget and expenditures

Requirements

  1. NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical / Building Services / Facility Management or equivalent)
  2. Minimum one year of experience in building maintenance and facilities management
  3. Strong knowledge of building, mechanical and electrical systems
  4. Certification in Infocomm Technology (IT) is a plus
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  6. Excellent time management and communication skills
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  8. Willingness to work on weeknights, weekend and PH when required
