Self-performroutine maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of building systems and equipment
Conduct inspections of facilities and identify potential issues or areas for improvement
Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Respond to maintenance requests and address maintenance issues in a timely manner
Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment or systems
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
Coordinate with external vendors or contractors as needed for specialized repairs or maintenance
Conduct regular preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment failure and prolong its lifespan
Assist in managing inventory and ordering necessary supplies and parts.
