Assist the immediate Manager/Engineer in the day-to-day operations at site.
Perform general maintenance work on building facilities, general electrical works, repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance of machines and equipment
Liaise with Vendor to do repair on equipment or process
Ensure tasks assigned by Superior is properly carried
Successful completion of scheduled activities.
Deal with complaints diligently and tactfully.
Ensure that a high level of professionalism and customer service is maintained at all times.
Escalate problem / incident to Engineer or Manager
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Knowledge in critical environmental site like data centre, server room will be an advantage.
Qualification & Experience
Min. higher Nitec in Electrical or Mechanical
Min. 2-3 years of working experience in maintenance operations of MEP (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Plumbing)
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Knowledge in critical environmental site like data centre, server room will be an advantage.
Able to carry out simple troubleshooting for Mechanical/ Electrical/ Plumbing system.
Attend to alarms and incident
Knowledge in MS Office
24/7 12 hrs shift rotation (7am to 7pm & 7pm to 7am)
4 days work/ 3 days off shift pattern
