Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as Facility Administrator. You will be responsible for general facility operations, handling import/export, and provide admin support to internal and external parties.
. Oversee and manage daily facility operations and procedures.
. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
. Manage and maintain furniture, supplies & equipment,
. HR duties: Support on-boarding and off-boarding of employees/contractors.
. Handle incoming and outgoing shipments. Preparing documentation for customs clearance. Coordinate with shipping companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
. Managing manufactory equipment, tools and inventories.
. Other duties or projects may be assigned from time to time
Job requirements
. Minimum Diploma and above
. Strong organizational and time management skills.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Attention to detail and accuracy.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
