Description:
As a Facility Care and Maintenance Supervisor with BUTLER⢠Housekeeping, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of various facilities, ensuring they meet our high standards of cleanliness and functionality. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team and drive the delivery of exceptional service across multiple sites. Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of facility care and maintenance staff.
Ensure that all facility cleaning and maintenance tasks meet the highest company standards.
Coordinate schedules and allocate tasks to team members.
Provide training and mentorship to ensure team members perform at their best.
Address any facility issues, including maintenance and client concerns, promptly and professionally.
Report any significant maintenance issues or damages and ensure they are addressed swiftly.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in facility care, maintenance, or a related supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Ability to travel between various job locations.
Reliability and punctuality.
