Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of facilities, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and common areas.
Follow a structured cleaning schedule and ensure all tasks meet company standards.
Address any maintenance issues or concerns promptly and report them as necessary.
Utilize appropriate cleaning products and equipment to maintain the facilityâs appearance and cleanliness.
Provide excellent service to residents, tenants, and visitors.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of facility cleaning experience.
Ability to travel between various job locations.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
